Keville provides on-call Construction Management Support Services as a Prime consultant to the Massachusetts Port Authority (MPA) for its airport, bridge, and port facilities projects. Keville was originally selected in 2001 for this contract and has been re-selected on every re-compete since that time.  At 20+ years, this is our longest standing continuous services program with a client. The most recent award was in 2018 which was the tenth consecutive term contract to Keville. In addition to a variety of port facility and bridge projects, MPA is in the midst of a $3.3 billion construction and modernization program at Logan International Airport, one of the nation’s busiest airports.

To ensure successful delivery of projects, Keville’s QA staff works closely with many entities at Logan Airport to navigate the intensive security and operating restrictions without impacting airport operations.  Under MPA, the stakeholders include: Capital Programs and Environmental Affairs which encompasses construction planning, engineering, safety, environmental, local area liaisons, and Project Management; MPA aviation department for airside and landside; MPA facilities which includes all utilities, MEP departments, and baggage handling systems; fire and rescue; police; aviation security; IT; and the business office for real estate items. Other stakeholders at Logan Airport include: FAA, TSA, Customs and Border Protection, airlines, airline engineers and operations, tenants, and, of course, the traveling public.

  • Analysis of change orders
  • Reviewing pay requisitions
  • Resolving construction problems
  • Document controls.
