For more than ten years, Keville has been serving as the prime consultant to MWAA on a task order basis to provide construction management services (CMSS) to Washington National Airport (DCA) and Dulles International Airport (IAD) to support their Capital Improvement Program. Over the years, Keville has provided MWAA with Resident Engineers, Airfield Coordinators, Electrical Inspectors, Civil Inspectors, and Office Engineers. Keville’s staff have supported the authority in managing numerous projects over the last decade including building terminals, runways, taxiways, parking structures, access roads, and utility relocations.

In 2025, Keville received the CMAA National Project Achievement Award for the Runways 1-19 and 15-33 Rehabilitation Project at DCA. This $95M, two-year unique rehabilitation of DCA’s runways marked the airport’s largest project since its inception. It included Runways 1-19 and 15- 33, featuring 177,000 tons of HMA, 7,200 feet of electrical conduit replacement, 354 LED airfield light replacement, and 27 directional sign LED conversions on the nation’s busiest runways. The construction management (CM) team’s expertise in airfield coordination, construction scheduling, quality assurance (QA), and risk mitigation was instrumental in completing the project on time, under budget, and without major safety violations.
