In November of 2025, Keville’s Brian Flynn served as a guest lecturer giving a presentation on AI in cost estimating at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Brian discussed Keville’s application of the AI “Take Off” Software ‘Togal AI’. Brian covered how the software works, and positives/negatives from our company’s experience with the program.
In May of 2026 Keville’s Brian Flynn, Kamran Ghavami, and Vrushabh Patil served as guest lecturers giving a presentation on AI in Construction for the CMAA National Capitol Chapter.
Keville’s team discussed the potential impacts AI will have on the construction industry and how construction service companies should be implementing AI. They discussed what it means to have AI in construction, where AI is currently being used in construction, and how Keville is using AI in managing our construction projects. They also discussed Keville’s use of Autonomous Inspection software with 360 degree imagery and the use of AI for completing estimating take offs.
